The Dallas Stars have signed general manager Jim Nill to a two-year contract extension through the 2025-26 season, the team announced Monday. Nill, 65, will be entering his 11th season with the Stars. During Nill’s tenure, the Stars have a record of 403-280-98 and have made the Stanley Cup playoffs in six seasons, including two trips to the Western Conference Final and an appearance in the Stanley Cup Final. In the Stanley Cup playoffs, the team advanced to the Western Conference Final for the second time in the past four seasons.
