A Delhi court today sent two of Jigisha Ghosh's killers to the gallows while the third convict has been sentenced to life imprisonment for their involvement in the abduction and murder of the IT executive in 2009. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on Ravi and Amit, and Rs 3 lakh on Baljeet. During arguments, when the SPP referred to the alleged involvement of the three convicts in the Soumya Vishwanathan murder case, the defence counsel objected to it saying it was a separate case which was still pending and referring to it would cause them prejudice during the proceedings. The police had filed the chargesheet in the case in June 2009 and trial began on April 15, 2010. Jigisha Ghosh murder case: All 3 accused convicted of abducting, killing Delhi techie
