Jiaxin Tu, 36, had been on trial at the High Court at Auckland for the past three weeks after pleading not guilty to the murder of Shane Hawe-Wilson, 19, by reason of insanity. SUPPLIED Victim Shane Paul Hawe-Wilson was struck with a hammer by Jiaxin Tu. When she took up with a new boyfriend- her cousin Shane Hawe-Wilson- Tu became upset and offered Hawe-Wilson significant money to leave the girl. A man who bludgeoned a teenager to death with a hammer has been found guilty of murder.
