According to Science Alert, Japanese engineers unveiled the J-deite RIDE last week, but unlike Optimus Prime and his bot-buds, this invention takes a full minute to actually transform from car to robot. Well … In its car form, it has speeds of up to 60 kilometres per hour. Yes, metres. But the people behind the J-deite RIDE say the point is to make the technology available in amusement parks.
