When Grease the Musical slides back into Toronto next month, a familiar face will be rocking and rolling in with it. It turns out Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish is hopelessly devoted to the city. The Hawaiian-born actress, 29, will reprise her role as Sandy when the musical returns to the Winter Garden Theatre beginning May 24. “After taking a break to film Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, I’m thrilled to be back onstage with my Grease family.”Parrish is engaged to Chris Long. When she returns to Toronto with Grease, Parrish will have a new Danny to swoon over: Matthew Helfer (TV’s How to Be a Vampire and Criminal Minds).
