The former Strictly Come Dancing star's father Alan was admitted to hospital last week after suffering a stroke, one month after James welcomed his first child with wife Ola Jordan. 'I would like to think I'm a strong person but I'm going to admit it's the most stressful time of my life. Over the weekend, James updated his concern followers about what was going on with his father. James' wife Ola replied to the post with a number of red heart emojis.
