The Kenyan Government has today broken silence with an evening powerful message to all schools strategically placed within the vast Kenyan borders. Addressing via the Ministry of Education Cabinet Secretary Mr Ezekiel Machogu today the 19th of June 2023, the Kenyan Government has permanently banned a primary and secondary schools from forcing learners to report to school earlier than 7.15am. The Kenyan Government has articulated that the stipulated time for commencement of studies across all primary and secondary schools is 8.00am and that all learners are required to be at school as from 7.15am every day.
