Courtesy photo Several students from James L. Collins Catholic School attended the Bishop's Invitational Golf Tournament Monday, Sept. 18 at the Four Seasons in Las Colinas. They were able to meet, in no particular order: The Bishop for the diocese of Dallas - the Most Rev. Edward J. Burns, the Auxiliary Bishop -the Most Rev.Gregory Kelly, the diocese of Dallas Superintendent - Dr. Matthew Vereecke, and diocese of Dallas Director of Communications and a Corsicana native and JLCCS Alumnus - Annette Gonzales Taylor. The Invitational Golf Tournament is hosted annually by the Bishop to raise funds for Catholic Schools in the Dallas diocese.
