JDU split wide open, 21 including former minister suspended for anti-party activities


The split in Janata Dal United is wide open as the party has suspended 21 leaders, including a former minister, from primary membership of the party. JDU Bihar state president Vashistha Narayan Singh said 21 party members have been suspended from the primary membership over anti-party activities. The move comes a couple of days after senior JDU leader Sharad Yadav was removed as party's leader in Rajya Sabha. Sharad Yadav had also claimed that the real JDU was with him and the one with Nitish Kumar was 'sarkari' JDU.
