This will be the second of five Takeover Tour games for Montréal this season after topping Toronto 2-1 in a shootout in Halifax in the first game of the Takeover Tour on Dec. 17. The Victoire are 3-2-0-1 in games played in Canada this season (outscoring opponents 17-8) and 0-0-0-3 in games played in the United States (outscored 8-4). This is the eighth Takeover Tour game of the season, marking the halfway point of the league’s 16-game Takeover Tour schedule. Québec City is one of four returning Takeover Tour markets along with Denver, Detroit and Edmonton. This is the second time in PWHL history that two Takeover Tour games will occur on the same day, with Ottawa and Boston playing earlier this afternoon in Halifax.
