Gibbs, eldest son of former Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs and co-founder of the NASCAR team bearing his father’s name, died Friday. Gibbs died from complications following a long battle with a degenerative neurological disease, Joe Gibbs Racing announced Saturday.
