Winner will face Zambia in the second round. The Under-20 African finals will involve eight nations and will be hosted by Niger. They are Angola, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sudan, South Africa and Zambia
