Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have arrested an Italy-bound suspected drug dealer, Ovire Cyril with 114 wraps of heroin. Femi Babafemi, NDLEA spokesman, in a statement on Sunday said the suspect was arrested during an outbound passenger to Italy on Turkish Airline. He said the 114 wraps of heroin found with Cyril has a gross weight of 1.80kg. Babafemi disclosed that the suspect was arrested during routine search at Gate “C’ Departure Hall of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, Ikeja, Lagos. Monday was arrested earlier along Airport Road, Benin City, Oredo LGA, for dealing in crack cocaine, Cannabis Sativa and Danabel (Anabolic steroids).
