Late last month, police Chief Mark Saunders gathered victims and their families to detail the outcome of the nearly year-long probe into what happened. Patrick McLeod, whose daughter Skye was with Price’s daughter and Fallon on the night of the Danforth shooting, also believes the attack has highlighted the importance of restricting handguns. Price and McLeod said the families affected by the Danforth shooting have told Blair they intend to turn the matter into an election issue. “I hope something concrete comes out of this shooting,” Price said.
