Israeli police conducting a raid at a residential building in Haifa on Sunday found a toddler locked in a cage. "This is one of the most serious and difficult cases I’ve come across," Police Corporal Yossi Atias said, according to TPS. According to the Jerusalem Post, police arrested 40 people between two other busts on Sunday and Monday. On Monday, police arrested 33 suspected drug dealers after an informant supplied information over the course of eight months. Cops reportedly seized suspected drugs, cash, and 14 vehicles.
