Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd said on Friday that it Israel looked forward to raising the number of job opportunities to complement its growing tourism industry. Bello signed the labor agreement with Israeli Tourism Minister Yariv Levin to formalize the government-to-government partnership for the deployment of Filipino hotel workers. “The Israeli government is opening 1,000 jobs in the hotel industry for OFWs. The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is tasked to facilitate the proper deployment of OFWs to Israel.
