Ireland recruit Liam Neeson to help World Cup bid

Ireland have made it known that they want to host the 2023 Rugby World Cup, and have recruited Liam Neeson to help them do it. In a video posted on twitter by Irish Rugby, Neeson narrates and claims Ireland are "ready for the world" while his country is showcased. Ireland are already set to host the Women's Rugby World Cup next year, and are now on a mission to host the men's version. Japan will host in 2019, and bidding has closed for hosting rights in 2023 with Ireland, South Africa and France shortlisted.
