An Invercargill band is set to release their first album this year, with a few setbacks from Covid-19 lockdown. Blake Humphrey, Ailin Pekar, Jackson Jones and Aidan Hosie are all year 12 students at James Hargest College, in Invercargill, but all their schedules work around their band The Terrace, Hosie says. It’s been three years since the formation of the band, and the members finally had enough of their own original music to release a full album, which will be self-titled. The Terrace will release its album on all music platforms by the end of the year, along with a vinyl release further down the line as well as merchandise.
