Concrete for the second floor car park of the Invercargill CBD block redevelopment has been poured. Early next month, the seventh crane in the central block will go up, a reflection of the bustling progress down below. Invercargill Central Ltd director Scott O'Donnell said everything for the project was on track. The HWR office tower, on the corner of Esk and Dee streets, will house about 100 of the company's staff members.
