After entering the the Martin Tce property, he went into a teenager's bedroom, closing the door behind him and waking the 16-year-old girl. He convicted Dickson and fined him $500, and ordered him to make an emotional harm payment of $350. "Being drunk is no justification for the behaviour that follows," Judge Russell said.
