DHAKA, Feb 27, 2024 (BSS) - An inter-ministerial meeting was held today at the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to formulate a strategy for the implementation of the Mujib Climate Prosperity Plan (MCPP) as part of the 100-day work plan of the ministry. The meeting was held at the conference room of the ministry with Environment Secretary Dr Farhana Ahmed in the chair, a ministry press release said. She said, "We want to formulate the strategy within a set time frame taking everyone's opinion." At the meeting, representatives of various ministries and agencies gave their opinions on the steps to be taken to formulate the MCPP strategy. Deputy Secretary Dharitri Kumar Sarkar gave a powerpoint presentation on the Mujib Climate Prosperity Plan.
