An urgent parliamentary debate on electoral law has devolved into insults and jeers as the NZ First Foundation donations scandal persists. NZ First leader Winston Peters has called a National MP a "dysfunctional geriatric", after he was labelled a "rat". On Tuesday morning, Justice Minister Andrew Little announced he would urgently introduce the bill, which would ban foreign donations above $50.
