Insulation, heating installers back at work

New Zealand's shift from alert level four to three means more than a thousand insulation and heating installers can get back to work, Energy and Resource Minister Megan Woods says. She said 1300 contractors would be back to work installing insulation and heaters this week, as part of the Government's Warmer Kiwi Homes programme. “Insulation and heating helps prevent respiratory illness and the Warmer Kiwi Homes helps protect the most vulnerable in our communities. More than 20,000 efficient heaters and insulation have been installed in New Zealand homes since the programme launched in July 2018," Woods said.
