This call was made during a two-day virtual class, which commenced, yesterday, September 24, 2021, for Human Capital Management professionals in Lagos. xThe class was focused on how best to make use of virtual and remote work through continuous education and exposure to evolving frameworks. Participants of the executive course were trained on how to develop their leadership and management skills to drive organisational performance, balance diversity and inclusiveness with long-standing organisational culture and values. “So to answer the question of workplace productivity and employee engagement, first, a lot of company policies and culture will need to be restructured to embrace current realities.
