After being held in custody since early April, Quinn's four-month jail term is effectively about to end with the usual reductions. Quinn admitted being a party to a roofing scam that involved obtaining $2000 by deception, and using a forged document. After seeing publicity about a travelling roofing scam group, the woman contacted police.
