KUALA LUMPUR: Motorists here are urging the Kuala Lumpur City Hall to install blind spot traffic mirrors at the entrance and exit of buildings along Jalan Riong. This is because vehicles parked by the roadside, for example, near Balai Berita’s main gates here, often block motorists’ view of incoming vehicles. This is a problem for those exiting buildings along the stretch. The road is also plied by lorries ferrying heavy loads during weekdays due to road and drainage maintenance in the area. Installing blind spot traffic mirrors will help motorists plying Jalan Riong and prevent traffic accidents.
