A new restaurant has opened in the Wirral from a decorated chef and his wife. Chef Tony Parkin and wife Laura opened DAISE earlier this month in a partnership between the 42-year-old chef and Open Restaurant Group (ORG). Tony previously held a Michelin star at Cliff House Hotel in Waterford, Ireland, where he spent two years, before moving back to England at the start of 2025. The dad also appeared on BBC ’s Great British Menu and brings with him a wealth of experience, having also won a Michelin star during his time at the Tudor Room at The Great Fosters Hotel in Egham. Whereas the midweek and lunch short tasting menu costs £75 per person.
