Ahmed Wagih, head of business development at Infinix Egypt, said that the company is currently carrying out negotiations with Telecom Egypt (TE) in order to provide the latter with 4G smartphones. The company is currently negotiating with TE to launch smartphones that come with bundle offers, as TE began to offer 4G services. TE has entered into an agreement for local roaming with Orange Egypt, stipulating that TE offers mobile services through Orange Egypt across the country. TE has revealed that it plans to offer mobile services with 4G technology starting in August. The agreement allows TE to offer voice mobile services in the local market, making it the first integrated communications operator in Egypt.
