The National Organization for Military Production signed a cooperation protocol with the Chinese Dongfang Electric Corporation (DEC) to cooperate in the field of manufacturing three-phase transformers, smart electricity, pre-pay counters, and high-voltage measuring devices. This protocol is considered the first step for strategic cooperation between the two parties. He added that this cooperation will contribute to providing foreign currency, increasing the size of joint investments, serving the national projects in the country, and strengthening the bilateral relations between Egypt and China. According to Deng Zhenhua, the CEO of DEC, they signed the protocol to exploit the huge potential of the military production companies to benefit from their vast experience of cooperation in that important field, such as the three-phase transformers. The company includes representatives of the Ministry of Military Production and the VACSERA company, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Health and Pharco Pharmaceutical Company.
