Inertia Egypt has unveiled an ambitious growth roadmap for 2026, setting its sights on a substantial expansion in sales, investment outlays, and regional footprint. The company is targeting EGP 16bn in contracted sales in 2026, compared to EGP 6bn achieved in 2025, marking projected growth of nearly 167%. In parallel, Inertia plans to increase total investments to EGP 6bn, up from EGP 3.5bn last year, reflecting a 71.5% rise. The 2026 strategy focuses on launching new phases within existing developments, expanding infrastructure works, and upgrading services and community facilities. This operational focus, he said, has already yielded measurable progress and positions Inertia to sustain growth momentum in the coming years.
