Agus Hariadi, from North Sumatra is accused of throwing his two neighbours and their 12-year-old son into a river near their home in the region on October 8. The four are accused of murdering a 49-year-old man named Muhajir, his 50-year-old wife Suniati and their 12-year-old son M. Solihin. The perpetrator was hurt because the victims made fun of his physical appearance,' said North Sumatra Police Chief Inspector General Agus Andriyanto. North Sumatra police said they believed the motive was a string of personal insults against the alleged killer
