The Household Cavalry serviceman fell to the ground as he took part in a parade along The Mall near Buckingham Palace in central London. Spectators watched on as another member of the regiment managed to calm the horse down as they grappled with its reins. Accompanied by the Queen and Prince Philip, the Dutch royals departed Horse Guards Parade for Buckingham Palace. It is the two nations marked the first state visit from a sitting Dutch monarch for almost 40 years. The two monarchs travel to Buckingham Palace together.
