One licensed practical nurse at the facility, 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland, is accused of raping the 29-year-old victim at the facility and fathering her baby boy. Court records said the woman's last known physical was in April -- about nine months before she gave birth. The Dec. 29 birth triggered reviews by state agencies and highlighted safety concerns for patients who are severely disabled or incapacitated.
