Imelda Marcos on Wednesday posted a P300,000 bail before the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division after she was granted permission to file post-conviction remedies. She was not present during actual posting of bail, since her lawyers did so on her behalf. Due to her conviction, she could either file a motion for reconsideration before the Sandiganbayan or elevate her case to the Supreme Court. So far, she has not filed any motion for reconsideration before the anti-graft court.
