ILOILO Dinagyang 2021 Digital will invade cyberspace with virtual performances shown on various online platforms in January. The “One Dinagyang One Iloilo Halad kay Sr. Sto. Organizer Iloilo Festivals Foundation Inc. launched next year’s new normal festival with a weekend homecoming dinner of Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo. Mateo will also host the Dinagyang show in January and as ambassadress of goodwill has vowed to bring Dinagyang’s vibe to the Miss Universe stage in December. Netizens will be treated to a 360 degrees view of Dinagyang spectacle with a backdrop of various landmarks all over the metropolis.
