Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo has said he will vote against the Finance Bill 2023 which is being highly campaigned for by President William Ruto. Through his Twitter handle on Monday, Amollo said will not be threatened into voting for the finance bill since he is bound to serve Kenyans. "For the avoidance of doubt, I will oppose the finance bill. This comes after Ruto announced that he will go after MPs who will oppose the finance bill when it is tabled in parliament on June 15, 2023. He said that every leader agrees that the housing levy proposed in the Finance Bill is good for the country.
