According to Today's Taifa Leo Newspaper Raila Amollo Odinga is expected to give his major announcement concerning this bill on Thursday this week. According to Odinga the bill is likely to exploit Kenyans. He asked Kenyans to reject their Members of Parliament who will support the bill in Parliament.
