Actor Vijay's father and noted filmmaker SA Chandrasekhar was rushed to the hospital in Kottayam after he slipped and suffered the injuries. SA Chandrasekhar, who was in Kerala for the story discussion of his next film, slipped and fell in the bathroom in the hotel where he was staying. According to reports, the 71-year-old filmmaker, suffered head and spinal injuries due to the fall at a resort in Kumarakom. Vijay, who is currently shooting for his upcoming Tamil film will likely be in the hospital in the evening. Vijay 60 will be Vijay's first collaboration with composer Santhosh Narayanan.
