He believed the dam will help improve the irrigation systems in the villages and boost the agricultural sector of the economy. ‘Even cocaine trade is feasible in the country, how much more a One village, one Dam project. America is ruled by humans like Ghana and if everything is possible there, it is possible here too. We should stop the ‘we can’t do it syndrome’ and be positive towards development.’ Asamoah Siaw said.
