Police take Uma Shanker Patel (in white shirt) and Moti Paswan (at the back) on remand on Wednesday. Giri, who acquired citizenship of Nepal, was introduced to the ISI operatives in Nepal by one Shamshul Hoda, who settled in Dubai for business purposes. Moti, according to the sources, identified both Zubair and Ziaul from photographs. The two alleged ISI operatives were arrested yesterday by Delhi police's special cell on the basis of information provided by Moti. The mobile phones recovered from the possession of Zubair and Ziaul had the photograph of Moti, the sources said.
