She has now spoken out about the deaths of her three children in a new documentary airing on Sky later this month. The ISIS bride said: "(When) my first son died... that really hit me hard. Even though I didn't know why they died, they just died from some illness. In the new documentary The Return: Life After ISIS, Begum said she struggled with being pregnant and taking care of her two children while fleeing attacks on ISIS territory.
