IRS drains $700,000 from Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s bank account after series of financial woes

Tori Spelling is in the news this week because the former 90210 star and daughter of late TV king Aaron Spelling, recently had her bank account drained of an alleged $700,000 by the IRS. According to Page Six, the IRS came calling nine months after Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, were stamped by a tax lien for $707,487.30 in unpaid federal taxes for 2014 alone. This is only the latest in a series of financial woes for the couple. Just last month, McDermott’s ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, threatened him with jail time if he did not pay the child support he long owes her for their now 18-year-old son. Related“It’s no mystery why I have money problems,” Spelling wrote in her 2013 book Spelling It Like It Is.
