Ideally, he should have shed his ego and kept his base price in the range of Rs 30 lakh. Natarajan got Rs 3 Crore from KXIP while Gowtham Rs 2 Crore from Mumbai Indians. Pawan Negi and Karn Sharma not even close to selection in Indian team got the deals purely being specialists in the shortest format.
