Google’s claim: 10,000 years in 200 secondsBecause quantum computers don’t operate on traditional ones and zeroes of classical computers, they can handle more data. Our experiment achieves quantum supremacy, a milestone on the path to full-scale quantum computing. It exacerbates quantum computing hype, they say, and misrepresents a future in which both classical and quantum computers will work side by side.
