This past week I attended IBM’s premier cloud and cognitive conference, InterConnect 2017, held in Las Vegas, NV. Well, Ginni was absolutely clear and overt on why she thinks IBM is the right choice, and I really appreciated that. The second tenet she emphasized that IBM’s cloud is built on a "data-first" architecture. The third and final tenet was that IBM’s cloud is "cognitive at the core". This is fair and IBM’s Quantum Computing cloud service, called IBM Q, highlights IBM will keep investing if not leading new compute models.
