Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri has said he will not appear before the National Cohesion and Integration Commission on Thursday. Ngunjiri also said he will not appear before the NCIC since he is an elected MP, adding that Kaparo was only appointed. On Monday, NCIC chairman Francis Ole Kaparo issued summons for the MP to appear before the cohesion team. But speaking to the media on Monday, Ngunjiri said Kaparo has not sent any letter of summonses to him regarding the alleged hate remarks and that he will not appear. Ngunjiri alleged Raila was issuing money to local communities to start chaos like Nairobi and Kisumu county at the meeting.
