Watch: [VIDEO] Moses Kuria, Ngunjiri summoned by NCIC over hate remarks Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has surrendered to the CID on Kiambu Road shortly after IG Joseph Boinnet summoned him and five other MPs. Kuria had refused to present himself to police, reportedly saying in his address in Kimende that there are leaders who have issued hate remarks but have not been arrested. ODM MPs had earlier issued a 24 hour ultimatum for President Uhuru Kenyatta and Boinnet to arrest Kuria and Njungiri for spreading hate among Kenyans. He added: "(Gem MP Jakoyo) Midiwo said President Uhuru Kenyatta is a drunkard and a smoker and has not been arrested."
