Police said the woman was approached from behind by a man in Riverside Court, Livingston at 5.45pm on Wednesday. The suspect is described as white, aged in his late 20s, around 5ft 9in and of slim build. Police are appealing for a male cyclist who may have been in the area at the time to contact them. "We believe there was a male cyclist who passed by shortly after the attack and may have seen the suspect running off. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 2802 of September 30.
