The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India’s (CREDAI) Hyderabad Property Show concluded here on Sunday with more than 70,000 visitors exploring the best properties on offer from the participating CREDAI members. The valedictory was attended by Bonthu Rammohan, Mayor, GHMC; Jayesh Ranjan, Principal Secretary, IT; S. Ram Reddy, President CREDAI Hyderabad; P Ramakrishna Rao, general secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad, and its office-bearers including Aditya Gowra, G. Anand Reddy, M.S.Anand Rao, D. Muralikrishna Reddy, V. Rajashekar Reddy, C G Murali Mohan and K. Rajeshwar. The property show displayed over 15000 projects including integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities, villas, green buildings along with financial institutions and suppliers. He said places like Cyberabad had huge traffic issues and as an initiative to reduce the traffic woes the Government was providing options to organisations to relocate their campuses. Mr. Ram Reddy said this had been the best CREDAI property show given the response from people.
