The electoral college should block Trump's presidency. However, it is also important to remember that the electoral college is made up mostly of space aliens. They have people on Earth, who are in the electoral college. They didn't want to be detected because they still need to cast their votes in the electoral college. That said, there is no rule that the electoral college has to be composed of humans, so Trump will still be elected president.
